Before submitting, check that

  • The paper’s topic corresponds to one of the Congress scientific sections.
  • The work is relevant, scientifically original and of practical significance.
  • The text is original and contains no plagiarism, falsified data or unedited machine translation.
  • The file is the final version and is submitted by one of the authors through their participant account.

What your paper must include

  • The title and information about the authors and their organisations in Russian and English.
  • An abstract of up to 500 characters and 3–10 keywords in both languages.
  • Introduction, aim, materials and methods, results, conclusion.
  • A numbered reference list and in-text citations in accordance with the document’s requirements.

Submitting
your paper

How to submit scientific papers to the XIII International Scientific Congress “Sport, People and Health”. Submissions become available in your participant account after registration.

    Submission through your participant account
    Once you have registered, scientific materials are submitted through your participant account. Co-authors are added when submitting.
  • 02
    Review by the Scientific Committee
    Scientific submissions are reviewed by the Congress Scientific Committee. Decisions and status updates are sent by email and appear in your account.
  • 03
    Indexing in the RSCI
    Electronic Congress proceedings containing the full texts of participants’ scientific papers will be published after the Congress. Papers will be made available individually and indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

What is the deadline for scientific papers?

Scientific papers are accepted until 1 February 2027. The participant registration deadline, 20 April 2027, does not extend the paper submission deadline.

How do I submit papers and find the formatting requirements?

Complete participant registration and open the scientific submissions page. Choose a scientific section, enter the paper and author details, and upload the paper file.

Submissions are accepted in Russian and English. The submission page provides requirements and a sample paper, along with guidance for oral presentations, posters and video presentations.

How many papers can I submit, and how do I list co-authors?

Each participant may submit no more than two papers. A paper must be submitted by one of its authors; co-author details are added to the submission form.

The publication fee is charged per paper, regardless of the number of co-authors.
