XIII International Scientific Congress “Sport, People and Health” will take place on 28–30 April 2027 in Saint Petersburg. The in-person programme will be held at Cosmos Saint-Petersburg Pribaltiyskaya Hotel, 14 Korablestroiteley Street. Online participation is also available.

Choose a format to suit your plans:

• In person — attend the venue in Saint Petersburg.
• Publication only — participate without attending the venue, with the option to submit a paper.
• Online presenter — give a presentation remotely.
• Online attendee — watch the live streams without submitting scientific papers.

Your participation format determines how you take part in the Congress. The VIP, Standard and Participant / attendee packages determine which services are included.

Yes. The Participant / attendee package is free. The scientific programme live stream is also free and open to everyone.

Publication fees and optional services are charged separately unless included in your chosen package.

Yes. You can attend the Congress as an attendee. To attend in person, choose In person and indicate that you plan to attend without presenting. To watch live streams, choose Online attendee.

Participant registration is open until 20 April 2027. Scientific papers have a separate deadline: 1 February 2027.

Enter your email address on the registration page. Open the email and follow the one-time link, then complete and submit your participant registration form.

You do not need a password. On subsequent visits, enter the same email address on the sign-in page. Following the emailed link alone does not replace completing the registration form.

Check that your email address is correct, then check your inbox and spam folder. If the email is in spam, mark it as Not spam.

If the email has not arrived, contact info@sport-health.ru and specify the email address you used to sign in.

Once submitted, your registration form is reviewed by the Organising Committee. You can check its status in your account. Confirmation of participation is also sent by email.

Submitting a registration form and having your participation confirmed are separate stages. If the Organising Committee requests clarification, follow the instructions in your account.

After submission, your form is available to view. To correct your details, contact the Organising Committee through your account or at info@sport-health.ru.

When the Organising Committee opens the form for clarification, make your corrections and select Submit corrections. Your form will be reviewed again.

Open Contact the Organising Committee in your account and select Change participation format. Specify your preferred format and, if you wish, explain the reason for the change.

If you chose Online attendee but now wish to submit a paper, first request a change of participation format.

Yes. Publication-only participants, online presenters and in-person participants can submit scientific papers.

Scientific submissions are not available to online attendees.

Scientific papers are accepted until 1 February 2027. The participant registration deadline, 20 April 2027, does not extend the paper submission deadline.

Complete participant registration and open the scientific submissions page. Choose a scientific section, enter the paper and author details, and upload the paper file.

Submissions are accepted in Russian and English. The submission page provides requirements and a sample paper, along with guidance for oral presentations, posters and video presentations.

Each participant may submit no more than two papers. A paper must be submitted by one of its authors; co-author details are added to the submission form.

The publication fee is charged per paper, regardless of the number of co-authors.

If the paper already appears in your account, open it and upload the main file again. You do not need to create another submission for the same paper.

Check the upload result message and the file status. If the error persists, contact the Organising Committee and include the paper reference.

Decisions and status updates appear in your account and are sent by email.

If revisions are requested, open the paper, read the comments and upload the revised file using the revision form. Any attached files containing comments are available on the paper’s page.

Electronic proceedings containing the full scientific papers are planned after the Congress, with individual papers indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

Submissions are reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The decision on your paper will be available in your account.

The fee depends on your chosen package:

• Participant / attendee — free.
• Standard — RUB 25,000 / USD 250; early registration up to and including 1 March 2027 — RUB 20,000 / USD 200.
• VIP — RUB 50,000 / USD 500; early registration up to and including 1 March 2027 — RUB 40,000 / USD 400.

Package details and optional service fees are listed on the registration page.

Publication costs RUB 1,500 / USD 15 for one paper or RUB 3,000 / USD 30 for two papers. Staff of organisations organising or co-organising the Congress pay RUB 1,000 per paper.

The Standard package includes publication of one paper; a second paper is charged separately. The fee does not depend on the number of co-authors. Printed proceedings are not included in the publication fee.

No. Signing in, completing the registration form and accessing scientific submissions do not require advance payment.

Selected services and publication are paid for separately, in accordance with the participation terms and the Organising Committee’s instructions.

After registration, the Organising Committee will send payment details and instructions. Online card payment is not available on this website.

If you need payment details or clarification of the amount, contact the Organising Committee through your account.

Upload your receipt or payment order in the payment section of your account and enter the amount paid. Upload each payment document separately.

The document is first submitted for checking. Once it has been checked, the outcome will appear in your account. If clarification is requested, read the Organising Committee’s comment and follow the instructions.

Uploading a receipt does not in itself mean that payment has been confirmed.

A formal invitation is available to participants with confirmed in-person registration. Open the relevant section of your account, enter the recipient details, check the information and generate the document.

You can download the completed invitation as a PDF. Please contact the Organising Committee separately about visa invitations.

Special accommodation rates have been agreed for participants at the Congress venue hotel. A link for booking at the reduced rates will be published on the Venue page.

You are also welcome to arrange other accommodation in Saint Petersburg. Staying at the venue hotel is not a condition of participation.

The provisional programme is published on the website. It includes the daily schedule, scientific sections and other events.

The programme is being updated. Check the latest schedule before travelling.

After saving your registration form, you can send a message through Contact the Organising Committee in your account. Your enquiries and replies are saved there.
