I, a user of https://sport-health.ru, freely, of my own will and in my own interests, give the International Public Organisation for the Promotion of Science and Sport ‘Sport, People and Health’ (МОО «Спорт, Человек, Здоровье»), OGRN 1117800001274, INN 7814160983, KPP 781401001, registered address: Office 406, 61 Vyborgskaya Embankment, Saint Petersburg, 197342 (the Controller), consent to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. Purposes of processing
- creating and maintaining the user’s account and participant account;
- sending a one-time sign-in link for the participant account and ensuring account security;
- registering the user for the XIII International Scientific Congress ‘Sport, People and Health’ and arranging their participation;
- generating a registration code and maintaining registration statuses;
- recording the selected participation package and additional services;
- sending service messages related to the account, registration, selected participation package and additional services;
- handling user enquiries directly related to registration and use of the participant account.
2. Data covered
This consent covers personal data that I provide when creating a participant account and registering for the Congress, and information generated by the information system in connection with these actions:
- surname, first name and patronymic;
- email address and telephone number;
- country and city;
- organisation, position, academic degree and academic title;
- form of address and selected interface language;
- participation format and type;
- selected participation package and additional services;
- registration code, registration status, and information about changes to the selected package and additional services;
- technical information necessary for authentication, participant account protection and evidence of my consent: action date and time, IP address, browser and device information, account identifier, session or request identifier, and the version of the consent confirmed.
I undertake not to provide excessive information, special categories of personal data, bank card details or third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
3. Processing operations and methods
The Controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, rectify (update or amend), retrieve and use personal data; transfer it (by disclosure or provision of access) to persons engaged by the Controller to process personal data; and block, delete and destroy personal data, using automated and non-automated means.
4. Parties engaged by the Controller
To operate the Website and participant account, the Controller may engage providers of information system hosting and technical support, secure file storage, business email and service message delivery to process personal data. They receive only the personal data necessary to provide the relevant service. These parties must maintain confidentiality, ensure personal data security and process the data only on the Controller’s instructions.
5. Duration
This consent applies from the date it is confirmed until 31 December 2027 inclusive, or until the processing purposes have been achieved, the account has been deleted at my request or consent has been withdrawn, whichever occurs first.
6. Withdrawal of consent
I may withdraw consent by sending a request to info@sport-health.ru or to: Office 24, Building A, 8 Malaya Morskaya Street, Saint Petersburg, 191186.
The request must state the account email address, full name and request to withdraw consent. The Controller may request reasonable proof of identity.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received, and does not end processing where the Controller retains another basis provided for by law. If the participant account or participation cannot be provided without the data, the Controller will explain the consequences of withdrawal.
7. Scope of consent
This consent covers creating and maintaining the participant account, registration for the Congress, recording the selected participation package and additional services, and related service messages.
Personal data processing when uploading proof of payment, submitting scientific materials, authorising dissemination of personal data, taking photographs and recording video, and receiving advertising or informational mailings is based on separate consents or other grounds provided for by law.
8. Electronic confirmation
Before giving this consent, I have read the Controller’s Personal Data Processing Policy at https://sport-health.ru/privacy
Consent is confirmed by an affirmative action: the user independently selects a separate checkbox beside the link to the full consent text and submits the form. The Controller records the consent version, action date and time, and user identifier to the extent necessary to demonstrate receipt of consent.
