01 / Process

How registration works

Four steps from registration to confirmation of Congress participation.

Participant registrationSign in using the emailed link and complete the form in your account. This takes 2–3 minutes. Provide a valid email address to receive confirmations.

Research submissionsIf you plan to submit scientific papers, open the submission form in your account after registration. Each participant may submit no more than two papers; co-authors are added during submission.

Review by the Organising CommitteeThe Organising Committee checks participant registration forms. Scientific papers are reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Decisions will be sent by email.
04
Confirmation of participationYou will receive an email confirming your participation.

For in-person participants, publication-only participants and online presenters: one paper costs RUB 1,500 / USD 15; two papers cost RUB 3,000 / USD 30. The Standard package includes one paper; the second is charged separately. For employees of organisations organising or co-organising the Congress, the fee is RUB 1,000 per paper.

The publication fee is charged per paper, regardless of the number of co-authors.

A printed copy of the Congress Proceedings is not included in the publication fee.

How do I register and sign in to my account?

Enter your email address on the registration page. Open the email and follow the one-time link, then complete and submit your participant registration form.

You do not need a password. On subsequent visits, enter the same email address on the sign-in page. Following the emailed link alone does not replace completing the registration form.

I have not received the sign-in email. What should I do?

Check that your email address is correct, then check your inbox and spam folder. If the email is in spam, mark it as Not spam.

How do I know that my participation is confirmed?

Once submitted, your registration form is reviewed by the Organising Committee. You can check its status in your account. Confirmation of participation is also sent by email.

Submitting a registration form and having your participation confirmed are separate stages. If the Organising Committee requests clarification, follow the instructions in your account.
