1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of data that a website stores in the browser and receives with subsequent requests. They help maintain sign-in, security and selected settings.
The Controller is the International Public Organisation for the Promotion of Science and Sport ‘Sport, People and Health’ (МОО «Спорт, Человек, Здоровье»).

2. Cookies used
2.1. Sign-in and session cookies — necessary
Depending on the secure connection mode, names may have the __Secure- or __Host- prefix.
authjs.session-token or its secure variant
- purpose: maintaining an authenticated participant account session;
- contents: a random session identifier, not the participant’s registration form;
- duration: up to 30 days, with possible renewal during use;
- access: the cookie is transmitted with protective attributes when using HTTPS.
authjs.csrf-token or its secure variant
- purpose: protecting sign-in requests against forgery;
- duration: limited to the sign-in process or browser session.
authjs.callback-url or its secure variant
- purpose: safely returning the user to the required page after sign-in;
- duration: limited to the sign-in process.
One-time links also use server-side verification tokens. These are stored on the server, are not persistent cookies and are valid for 10 minutes.
2.2. Administrative table settings
These functional cookies are used only in the administrative area, contain no participants’ personal data and are retained for up to 90 days:
- admin_registrations_columns and admin_registrations_sort;
- admin_submissions_columns and admin_submissions_sort;
- admin_payments_columns and admin_payments_sort.
They contain only permitted keys for visible columns and sorting.
2.3. Saving the analytics preference
The Website stores a record named sh_analytics_consent_v1 in the browser’s local storage: permission or refusal, the time it was saved and the settings version. The choice is valid for 180 days. The record is needed to respect the user’s decision and contains no contact details. Analytics remains disabled if there is no valid choice.
2.4. Optional Yandex Metrica analytics
After “Allow analytics” is selected, the Website enables Yandex Metrica, counter No. 113240456. Analytics helps assess visits and interest in information about the Congress. It operates only on selected public pages at https://sport-health.ru for visitors who are not signed in.
A restricted mode with Website cookies is used. Metrica may store _ym_uid and _ym_d to identify the browser and first visit for up to 1 year; _ym_isad to check for ad blocking for 20 hours; and _ym_metrika_enabled to check cookies for 60 minutes. Technical local storage records are used to operate the counter. Whether they are present depends on the browser and the service settings.
The full list of storage mechanisms and retention periods provided for by the service is published at https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/ru/general/cookie-usage. This list also describes features that are disabled on our Website. The user’s 180-day preference period is not the lifetime of each Metrica cookie.
When the counter operates, the service receives technical information about the visit, browser and device, including the IP address and browser identifiers. Analytics data is not fully anonymous. More information about the categories of data: https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/ru/code/data-collected.
The Website sends public page views without query parameters or URL fragments, together with predefined events: interest in registration, a successful request for an email containing a sign-in link, submission of a partnership enquiry, download of the information letter and clicks on contact details. Form contents, full names, email addresses, telephone numbers, scientific materials and participants’ personal identifiers are not included in these events. Requesting an email does not mean that registration has been completed.
The counter is not enabled for signed-in users, in the participant account or staff areas, during sign-in via a link, in consent invitations or on the scientific material submission page.
3. Disabled tools
The Website does not use:
- Session Replay, click maps or recording of page contents;
- advertising pixels or retargeting;
- social media cookies;
- automatic goals, form-field collection, e-commerce, Yandex Tag Manager or advanced data matching;
- third-party marketing cookies.
Server-side protection against excessive requests does not create a separate cookie.
4. Basis for use
Necessary cookies are used to operate requested features, ensure security and perform the User Agreement. Blocking them may make sign-in and the participant account unavailable.
Optional analytics is enabled only after the visitor voluntarily selects “Allow analytics” in advance. The counter does not load before a choice is made or when “Essential only” is selected. Declining analytics does not restrict access to information, registration, the participant account or participation in the Congress.
5. Managing cookies
To change your choice or withdraw consent, open “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page and select “Essential only”. The Website will stop further collection, delete the Metrica cookies and local storage records that it can access, and reload the page. The saved refusal remains valid for 180 days; analytics can be allowed again in the same settings.
Withdrawal does not automatically delete statistics already sent to Metrica and does not give the Website access to delete cookies belonging to other domains. Enquiries about data previously sent may be addressed to the Controller using the contact details in Section 8. Cookies from other websites are managed in the browser settings.
Users can delete or block cookies in their browser settings. After cookies are deleted, users must sign in again; administrative tables return to their default settings. Instructions vary by browser and are available in its help resources.
6. Security
The Website uses HTTPS and available secure attributes to protect cookies. Functional cookies do not contain full names, email addresses, application contents or scientific materials.
7. Changes to this Policy
The current version is published at https://sport-health.ru/cookies. If the purpose of cookies changes, this Policy is updated before the new use begins.
8. Contact details
