I, a user of https://sport-health.ru, freely, of my own will and in my own interests, give the International Public Organisation for the Promotion of Science and Sport ‘Sport, People and Health’ (МОО «Спорт, Человек, Здоровье»), OGRN 1117800001274, INN 7814160983, KPP 781401001, registered address: Office 406, 61 Vyborgskaya Embankment, Saint Petersburg, 197342 (the Controller), separate consent to process my personal data when I upload a receipt, payment receipt or payment order (the Payment Document).
1. Purposes of processing
- receiving and storing the Payment Document in the private section of the participant account;
- matching the declared payment to my registration, participation package and additional services;
- checking the Payment Document and recording the result;
- requesting clarification or a replacement document where necessary;
- allocating the confirmed amount to the selected items and maintaining a history of checks and corrections;
- sending service notifications about the result of the check or action required from me;
- fulfilling the Controller’s accounting, tax and other mandatory record-keeping obligations, and protecting the parties’ rights.
2. Personal data covered
This consent covers:
- my account identifier, full name, email address and registration code;
- the selected package, payment for publication of the paper in the Congress Proceedings, additional services, their cost, currency and statuses;
- the payment amount I enter and an optional comment;
- the name, format, size and other metadata of the uploaded file;
- information contained in the Payment Document, including the payer’s full name or business name, date, amount, payment reference, recipient and bank details included in the document by the bank;
- the result of the check, the reviewing staff member’s comment, action dates and document replacement history;
- the minimum technical and audit information necessary for secure uploading and recording my consent.
Before uploading, I check the document and conceal information unnecessary for payment verification: account balance, other transaction details, the full bank card number, CVC/CVV code, passwords, passport details and other excessive data. The Website does not request bank card details.
3. Processing operations and methods
The Controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, provide access to authorised persons, block, delete and destroy data using automated and non-automated means.
4. Parties engaged by the Controller
The Controller may engage providers of Website hosting and technical support, secure file storage, business email and service message delivery to process data. They receive only the necessary amount of data, act on the Controller’s instructions and must maintain confidentiality and security.
Access to the Payment Document is granted only to authorised persons who need it to verify payment, maintain records and handle enquiries.
5. Duration and retention
Consent applies from electronic confirmation until the purposes have been achieved or consent has been withdrawn, whichever occurs first.
After that, data is deleted or destroyed within the period prescribed by law, except for information that the Controller must retain on another lawful basis, including for accounting and tax records or to protect the parties’ rights.
6. Withdrawal of consent and data subject rights
I may withdraw consent by sending a request to info@sport-health.ru or to: Office 24, Building A, 8 Malaya Morskaya Street, Saint Petersburg, 191186. The request must state the account email address, full name and request to withdraw consent. The Controller may request reasonable proof of identity.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out. Mandatory processing may continue where another lawful basis exists.
I may request information about processing and the correction, blocking or destruction of data where lawful grounds exist, and may challenge the Controller’s actions in accordance with Russian Federation legislation.
7. Consequences of declining consent
Consent is voluntary. Without it, I can retain my registration and selected services, but cannot submit the Payment Document through the participant account. I can ask about an alternative procedure at info@sport-health.ru
8. Electronic confirmation
Consent is confirmed by a separate affirmative action: I select the checkbox beside the link to the full text of this Consent and submit the upload form. The Controller records the version, date, time and user identifier to the extent necessary to demonstrate receipt of consent.
This Consent does not authorise publication of the Payment Document or its contents in the public domain and is not consent to advertising mailings.
