Before submitting your paper, work through this short checklist to spot missing information and errors in the file.
1. Formatting and structure
Check your paper against the official requirements and sample. Review the formatting of the text, tables, figures, citations and references.
The paper should include an introduction, aim, materials and methods, results and conclusion. Prepare an abstract of up to 500 characters and 3–10 keywords in both Russian and English.
2. Author details
Check the spelling of names and organisation names in both languages. Make sure all co-authors are listed in the paper and added to the submission form, and that the information in the file matches the details in your personal account.
One of the authors submits the paper — co-authors do not need to upload the same paper separately.
3. Scientific section
Choose the field that best matches the aim and findings of your research. Compare it with the full section description in the preliminary programme. You must select the section in the submission form.
4. Paper file
Upload the final version as PDF, DOC or DOCX, with a maximum file size of 20 MB. Open the file once more before submitting: check that tables, equations and illustrations display correctly and that working comments have been removed.
5. Submission through your personal account
Complete your participant registration, enter the paper and co-author details, select a section and upload the file. After submitting, check that the paper appears under “My papers” and follow its status.
Scientific papers are accepted until 1 February 2027.
Do not leave submission until the last day: allow time to check the file and complete the form.
