The XIII International Scientific Congress “Sport, People and Health” will take place on 28–30 April 2027 in Saint Petersburg. Select your participation format when registering in your personal account.
In-person participation — meet in Saint Petersburg
Choose this format if you plan to attend the Congress venue, join scientific sessions, meet colleagues and take part in discussions.
You can attend without giving a presentation or submitting a paper. In this case, indicate in the registration form that you plan to participate as an audience member only.
Online presenter — present remotely
This format is for those who wish to present their research but cannot travel to Saint Petersburg. Online presenters can also submit a research paper through their personal account.
Publication-only participation — submit a paper without travelling
Choose publication-only participation if you plan to submit a paper for the Congress Proceedings without attending the venue. Submitted papers are reviewed by the scientific committee.
Online audience member — follow the scientific programme
Choose this format to watch the broadcasts without giving a presentation or submitting a paper. The online broadcast of the scientific programme is free.
Online audience members cannot submit scientific materials through their personal account. If your plans change, you can contact the organising committee to request a change of participation format.
Participation format and service package: what is the difference?
Participation format determines how you join the Congress: attend in person, present remotely, submit a paper without attending or watch the broadcasts.

Two deadlines to remember
By 1 February 2027 — submit research papers.
By 20 April 2027 — register to participate.
If you plan to submit a paper, work towards the February deadline: registration remaining open until April does not extend the submission period.
