OFFICIAL LANGUAGES OF THE CONGRESS
The official languages of the Congress are English and Russian
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided during all sessions of the Congress.
MATERIALS OF THE CONGRESS
After the closing of the Congress, a printed compilation of the Congress materials will be published, consisting of the abstracts of presented papers and an electronic compilation of the Congress materials will be issued including the full texts of papers presented by the Congress participants.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE MATERIALS ARRANGEMENT
Application for participation (Appendix 1), abstracts of the papers (up to 500 characters with spaces) and full text of the papers (max. 8000 characters with spaces, Appendix 2) will only be accepted in the electronic form upon registration of their authors at the Congress website.
Each author is allowed to provide up to two papers (including those prepared in co-authorship) to be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the Congress.
Contents of the papers must conform to the main topics of the Congress.
Papers and their abstracts shall be included for publication in the printed and electronic collections of the Congress materials following their approval by the Scientific Committee of the Congress and after payment of the registration fee.
Paper theses publication and their inclusion in the electronic collection of materials are free for the Congress participants having paid the registration fee.
For the Congress participants in absentia, payment for publication of their papers will cost 25€ for one paper publication and 50€ for two papers publication (payment may be made in Russian Rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of Russia established as of the date of payment).
Texts of papers shall be written in Russian or English (translations of the papers and the paper abstracts made with the use of the on-line translator only without an
appropriate editing will not be accepted).
Papers in Russian must contain:
Title of the paper in Russian and English: font 12, Times New Roman, in capital letters, bold type, formatting at the page center.
Authors’ surnames and initials in Russian and English: must be put under the paper title, font 12, Times New Roman, formatting at the page center.
Full name of the organization in Russian and English: must be placed under the authors’ surnames and initials, font 12, Times New Roman, formatting at the page center.
City and country in Russian and English: must be put under the name of the organization, font 12, Times New Roman, formatting at the page center.
Papers must be accompanied by a brief summary, i. e. the paper theses (up to 500 characters with spaces) and the list of key terms – all made in Russian and English.
Foreign participants are permitted to provide the above in English only (Appendix 2).
Volume of the paper (including its title, authors' surnames, etc.) shall not exceed
8000 characters with spaces.
Text of the papers shall be compiled in MS Word for Windows, version 6.0 or higher, using Times New Roman, font 12, at 1-line interval, page-wide formatting, drawings and tables shall be presented with MS Word, MS Excel tools.
Materials received by the organizing committee after August 15, 2017 or failing to meet the above requirements will not be published. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to perform a final editing of the papers at their publication.
