Sponsorship packages

The Sponsorship package includes:

  • Registration of two representatives of the sponsoring organization as full participants of the Congress
  • Two full participant packages
  • Exhibition space (4m2 ground area) and /or a roll-up display of the sponsoring organization at the exhibition (by agreement)
  • Name, logo and short information about the sponsoring organization on the official website of the Congress with an active link to the organization’s website (the logo and information in Russian and English are provided to the Organizing Committee of the Congress by the sponsoring organization within three days after signing of the contract)
  • Logo of the sponsoring organization placed on the cover of the Congress Program distributed to all participants of the Congress (the logo is provided no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Logo of the sponsoring organization placed on two advertising surfaces on the Congress venue (the logo is provided to the Organizing Committee of the Congress by the sponsoring organization no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Acknowledgments to the sponsoring organization in the follow-up media release
ORDER

The Sponsorship package includes:

  • Registration of two representatives of the sponsoring organization as fullparticipants of the Congress
  • Two full participant packages
  • Exhibition space (6m2 ground area) and /or a roll-up display of the sponsoring organization at the exhibition (by agreement)
  • Logo of the sponsoring organization placed on the cover of the Congress Program distributed to all participants of the Congress (the logo is provided no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Name, logo and short information about the sponsoring organization on the official website of the Congress with an active link to the organization’s website (the logo and information in Russian and English are provided to the Organizing Committee of the Congress by the sponsoring organization within three days after signing of the contract)
  • 1 (one) printed page in the Congress Proceedings to place advertising module of the sponsoring organization (final layout of the module is provided to the Organizing Committee of the Congress by the sponsoring organization no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Logo of the sponsoring organization on the cover of the Congress Proceedings (the logo is provided to the Organizing Committee of the Congress by the sponsoring organization no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Logo of the sponsoring organization on 3 (three) advertising surfaces on the Congress venue (the logo is provided to the Organizing Committee of the Congress by the sponsoring organization no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Hotel accommodation for two representatives of the sponsoring organization
  • Interpreter services from 26 to 28 April 2023 (by special application)
  • Participation of representatives of the sponsoring organization at the official receptions and events of the Congress as honoured guests
  • Acknowledgments to the sponsoring organization in the follow-up media release

The Sponsorship package includes:

  • Registration of three representatives of the sponsoring organization as full participants of the Congress
  • Three full participant packages
  • Exhibition space (8m2 ground area) and /or a roll-up display of the sponsoring organization at the exhibition (by agreement)
  • Logo of the sponsoring organization placed on the cover of the Congress Program distributed to all participants of the Congress (the logo is provided no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Name, logo and short information about the sponsoring organization on the official website of the Congress with an active link to the organization’s website (the logo and information in Russian and English are provided to the Organizing Committee of the Congress by the sponsoring organization within three days after signing of the contract)

  • Two extra class cars for arrival and departure accompaniment services (airport and railway station) from 25 to 29 April 2023 (by special application)
  • Participation of representatives of the sponsoring organization at the official receptions and events of the Congress (including gala dinner) as honoured guests
  • Acknowledgments to the sponsoring organization in the follow-up media release
ORDER

The Partnership package includes:

  • Registration of five representatives of the sponsoring organization as full participants of the Congress
  • Five full participant packages
  • Exhibition space (20m2 ground area) and /or a roll-up display of the sponsoring organization at the exhibition (by agreement)
  • Possibility to place the sponsoring organization banner no more than 1*2.2 meters at the Plenary Session venue
  • Logo of the sponsoring organization at the registration desks (the logo is provided no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Logo of the sponsoring organization on the cover of the Congress Program distributed to all participants of the Congress (the logo is provided no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Name, logo and short information about the sponsoring organization on the official website of the Congress with an active link to the organization’s website (the logo and information in Russian and English are provided to the Organizing Committee of the Congress by the sponsoring organization within three days after signing of the contract)
  • 5 (five) printed pages in the Congress Proceedings to place advertising module of the sponsoring organization (finished layout of the module is provided to the Organizing Committee of the Congress by the sponsoring organization no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Information materials of the sponsoring organization placed into the Congress participant’s package (prepared materials to be provided by the Sponsoring organization to the Saint Petersburg office of the Organizing Committee of the Congress no later than 10 days before the Congress). Size and layout of the materials are to be agreed on with the Organization Committee of the Congress no later than 1 March 2023
  • Logo of the sponsoring organization on all advertising surfaces on the Congress territory (the logo is provided to the Organizing Committee of the Congress by the sponsoring organization no later than 1 March 2023)
  • 5 (five) flags with the sponsoring organization logo on the Congress territory (the flags are provided by the sponsoring organization, the logo layout is necessary to negotiate with the Organizing Committee of the Congress no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Hotel accommodation for five representatives of the sponsoring organization (two ‘superior’ rooms and three ‘standard’ rooms)
  • Interpreter services from 26 to 28 April 2023 (by special application)
  • Three extra class cars for arrival and departure accompaniment services (airport and railway station) from 25 to 29 April 2023 (by special application)
  • Participation of representatives of the sponsoring organization at the official receptions and events of the Congress (including gala dinner) as honoured guests
  • Acknowledgments to the sponsoring organization in the follow-up media release

  • Name and logo of the Information Partner on the cover of the Congress Program, Congress Proceedings, Information letters of the Congress (logo is provided by the Partner to the Organizing Committee of the Congress no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Logo of the Information Partner in the Congress printed materials, official Congress letters to potential participants with status indicated (logo is provided by the Partner to the Organizing Committee of the Congress no later than 1 March 2023)
  • Acknowledgments to the Information Partner in the follow-up media release
  • Information post about the Information Partner in official Congress support groups in social media
