The Congress participants are recommended to clarify all necessary information on the trip to Saint Petersburg independently.<\/p>\n

Please contact a local Russian embassy or consulate in your country to learn all the necessary information on getting a VISA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For the participants to apply for a single-entry tourist visa (up to 30 days), the Organizing Committee will be pleased to send a part of necessary documents (visa support)<\/strong> and an official invitation letter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The invitation letter <\/strong>should be considered as a formal invitation to facilitate the process of getting a visa and\/or documents necessary to take part in the Congress. This letter cannot be considered as an offering of any type of financial support on behalf of the organizers.<\/p>\n

Please note: <\/em>The invitation letter <\/strong>and visa support<\/strong> will be provided, if an applicant was successfully registered on the Congress website, paid the registration fee, and booked the hotel accommodation for the dates of the Congress.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pulkovo Airport (LED) is the only airport in St. Petersburg that serves regular flights (173 destinations, more than 70 Russian and international airlines).<\/p>\n

If there is no direct flight connection between the point of departure and St. Petersburg, we recommend choosing a flight with transit through Moscow airports. There are more than 40 flights to St. Petersburg from three Moscow airports \u2013 Vnukovo, Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo. The estimated flight time is 1 hour 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

Pulkovo Airport is located 17 kilometers from the historic center of St. Petersburg, and the Park Inn by Radisson Pribaltiyskaya congress hotel, where the forum will be held, is a 10-minute drive from the city center.<\/p>\n
