Mr. Sergei Kriuchek

Assistant professor of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Education in Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health, Candidate of pedagogic sciences, Master of Sports in track and field athletics. Champion and record-braker of USSR, European Champion. Mr. Sergei Kriuchek graduated from the Herzen Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute.

Mr. Aleksei Levitskiy

Professor of the Department of Theory and methodology of wrestling in Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health, President of the Association of Judges of the Russian Judo Federation, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor, Master of Sports of the USSR, 6 Dan Judo,
Judge of the international category, Honored Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation.

Mr. Arkadiy Litmanovich

The dean of the Faculty of Sports, head of the Department of Martial arts and Power sports, in the Siberian State University of Physical Culture and Sports, associate professor, candidate of Pedagogical sciences, correspondent member of the Aerospace Academy of Ukraine, Ph.D. in pedagogy, professor of the Academy of Military Sciences.
Mr. Arkadiy Litmanovich conducts theoretical and practical exercises in the discipline of “Theory and methodology of Physical and Sport activity in Oriental Martial Arts”, conducts an course of Sport and Pedagogical Improvement on the specialization of Theory and methodology of Oriental Martial Arts, and contributed to the development of martial arts in the city of Omsk.
Since 1992, Mr. Arkadiy Litmanovich is the chairman of the City Federation of Oriental Martial Arts, deputy chairman of the Coordinating Council for the Marital Arts of the Directorate of Physical Culture and sports in the city of Omsk, since 2005, Mr. Arkadiy Litmanovich is the Vice President of the regional Omsk Kick-boxing Federation. For many years, Mr. Arkadiy Litmanovich was the  head of club “Vostok” of the department of Martial Arts.

Ms. Ludmilla Marishchuk

Doctor of Psychological Sciences, professor, candidate of pedagogical sciences. Professor of Psychology and Conflictology Department of the Russian State Social University (Branch in Minsk) and professor of Sports martial arts and special training of the Belarusian State University of Physical culture. Author of over 500 scientific works in psychology of aptitudes, psychology of sports and psychology of foreign languages teaching, including: 2 monographs, 20 books and teaching aids, 3 textbooks (as a co-author). Ms. Ludmilla Marishchuk is a member of the Expert Council in Philosophy and Psychology of State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles of Republic of Belarus, member of the editorial board of the reviews “Professional Education”, “World of Sport”, “annual compilations of scholarly notes (BSUPC)”, “Scientific works of the NII FCaS of Republic of Belarus”, “News of Baranovichi State University”.

Mr. Rudolf Nezvetskiy

Candidate of Historical Sciences, academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, member of the Presidium of the Executive Committee of International Public Organization for Promotion of Science and Sport “Sport, People, Health”. Mr. Rudolf Nezvetskiy is the adviser of the President of the International SAMBO Federation and a member of the Russian Union of Journalists.
He was the first deputy editor-in-chief of the Soviet tele-radio sports programs, the head of the Department of State Committee of Sports of the USSR, the Russian Olympic Committee, and the Russian Ministry of Sports.

Mr. Alexey Obvintsev

Head of S.M. Kirov Military Institute of Physical Culture, Major General, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, recipient of State Awards: Tow Medals of the Order of Merit for the Motherland in the 1st and 2nd degree, Medals For Military Valour in the 1st and 2nd degree and twelve Department Medals.
Mr. Alexey Obvintsev  is taking an active part in scientific activities. He is an author of over 100 scientific and methodological works. USSR Master of Sports in Military and Sport All-Round 17.11.86., swimming judge of the Republican category.

Mr. Denis Olisov

Director of the Institute of Health and Rehabilitology in Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health, Master’s degree at the Institute of Economics and Social Technology in the Department of Economics, Administration and law in speciality: social management and administration (healthcare, culture, sports), Higher Professional category.

Mr. Gennadiy Ponomarev

Head of the Department of the theory and organization of physical culture of Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia (Saint Petersburg), Doctor of Pedagogical sciences, Professor, Honoured Worker of Physical Education of the Russian Federation. Mr. Gennadiy Ponomarev works in the sphere of physical education for 40 years, he is a highly qualified teacher, scientist, organizer and the author of over 250 scientific and science-and-methodology works.
Member of editorial boards of major Russian scientific and methodological reviews: “Adaptive Physical Culture”, “Physical Culture and Health” and “Scientific notes by Lesgaft National State University”.
Mr. Gennadiy Ponomarev is a Member of the executive branch of the Russian public organization “Russian Student Sports Union”, 1st Vice President of the St. Petersburg regional social student sports organization “Burevestnik”, member of the Presidium of the Scientific and Methodological Council for the Physical Culture of St. Petersburg Higher Educational Institutions.

Mr. Igor Pisarevskiy

Vice-President of the WFAS (World Federation of Traditional Acupuncture Society, People’s Republic of China), official representative of the World Committee on International Relations, Committee of Professional Examiners for Traditional Chinese medicine. He is a doctor, psychologist, reflexologist, herbalist, psychotherapist, specialist in manual therapy, graduate from the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Tianjin, People’s Republic of China), President of the International Association for the Study of traditional health systems, member of the Professional Psychotherapeutic League, Council of professional Specialists of the International Association of Qigong (People’s Republic of China).

 

Mr. Andrey Sarana

The Deputy chief medical officer for the rehabilitation of the Saint Petersburg State-financed Health Institution “City Hospital 40”, Candidate of Medical Science, assistant professor in department of post-graduate medical education of Faculty of Medical Sciences of Saint Petersburg State University, a physician of the highest category, main specialist in rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort affairs of Committee for Healtcare in Administration of Saint Petersburg. Mr. Andrey Sarana was awarded Medals For Military Service For the Motherland in the Armed Forces of the USSR in 2nd degree and in 3rd degree, and other medals.
He is an author of 117 printed scientific works, including 5 learning materials and monographs.

Mr. Alexander Simakov

Head of the Department of the theory and practice of boxing in Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health (Saint Petersburg), candidate of Pedagogical sciences, the Honourable Master of Sport of Russia, Honoured Coach of the Russian Federation.
He was awarded the badge For Merit in the Development of the Physical Culture and Sport in Saint Petersburg. Currently, Mr. Alexander Simakov is the head coach of Saint Petersburg taekwondo team (International Tekwondo Federation).  Since 2013, he is the head coach of Russian national taekwondo team (International Tekwondo Federation). He is the Vice President of the Saint Petersburg Federation of Taekwondo (International Taekwondo Federation) and (World Taekwondo Federation).

Mr. Sergei Shcherbak

The chief doctor of the Saint Petersburg State-financed Health Institution “City Hospital 40”, a modern, multidisciplinary hospital, leading Russian medical rehabilitation centre.
Professor, Doctor of medical Science.
Mr. Sergei Shcherbak is an author of 142 publications, including 5 teaching-methodological and 138 scientific works, used in pedagogical practice.
He is a recipient of Medals For Military Service For the Motherland in the Armed Forces of the USSR in 1st, 2nd and 3rd degrees and Medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland in the 2nd degree.
